As a courtesy to all of our patients, we strive to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early and allow for time to use the restroom, enjoy a cup of tea, and relax before your appointment.

 Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more prior to the time of the appointment.  We reserve the right to bill you the full cost of your session for any appointment that is canceled or rescheduled without 24-hour notice.

A no-call/no-show will be charged the full price of the treatment missed and must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled or administered. 

Since emergencies happen, exceptions must be approved by phone before the appointment.

Retail purchases are non-refundable unless there is an issue with product integrity or packaging.

**COVID modification:  Cancellation fees may be waived for missed appointments related to COVID-19 exposure or symptoms.  Please do your best to let us know if you are unable to safely visit in person, as we will do our best to stay in communication with you. 

The service is controlled, operated, and administered by Wú Wéi Wellness from our offices within the United States.  If you access the site from a location outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.  You agree that you will not use Wú Wéi Wellness content access thru the Site in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.

Wú Wéi Wellness reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time and without notice.  To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms & Conditions of Use is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Oregon in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
