Wellness Philosophy

Human bodies hold onto memories and patterns, impacting how we move and exist in the world. Sometimes the body acts like a mechanical system that needs maintenance. At other times, it's an emotional vessel that wants to be calmed. I enjoy a collaborative experience with clients so that they genuinely understand what they need from bodywork. Being able to help the body adapt, process, and heal is an honor. I strive to help you reconnect with yourself and improve your quality of life!

Personal Background

Massage was introduced to me at a young age and became an integral part of my life as I grew up. I later studied Taekwondo, which helped me to better understand the body and its abilities, as I went on to earn my black belt. I completed my training at East West College of the Healing Arts in 2022 and hold a BA in History from the University of Oregon. I love various forms of treatment, including deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial, and Swedish massage.

When I'm not helping others alleviate some of life's aches and pains, I enjoy traveling, studying languages, taking film photographs, and spending time with my dog.
