Clinic Policies
These policies are designed to support a safe, respectful, and consistent standard of care for all patients.

Financial Responsibility
Payment is due at the time of service unless insurance coverage has been verified and accepted. Any balances not covered by insurance remain the patient’s responsibility.
A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file to schedule and maintain appointments. Cards on file may be used for outstanding balances, late cancellations, or missed appointments in accordance with clinic policy.

Cancellation & No-Show
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to a fee.

Late Arrival
Patients arriving late may have a shortened treatment session or may need to be rescheduled. Late arrivals may be subject to the cancellation policy.

Insurance Disclaimer
Insurance benefits are not guaranteed and vary by plan. Verification of benefits does not guarantee payment. Patients are responsible for all services rendered.

Motor Vehicle Accident & Workers' Compensation
MVA and Workers’ Compensation claims require appropriate claim information and authorization prior to treatment. Coverage and approval are determined by the carrier.

Consent for Treatment
By receiving care, patients consent to acupuncture and associated therapies as clinically appropriate.

Clean Needle Technique
All treatments are performed in accordance with Clean Needle Technique (CNT) standards using sterile, single-use needles.

Communication & Reminders
By providing contact information, patients consent to receive appointment reminders and communication via phone, email, or text message.

Records & Forms
Patients are responsible for completing required intake forms prior to their appointment. Medical record requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations.

Scent-Free Environment
To support patients with sensitivities and respiratory conditions, we maintain a scent-free clinical environment. Please avoid wearing perfumes, colognes, or strongly scented products to your appointment.
