How To Prepare

Private Insurance

Medicare & Medicaid

We do not accept traditional Medicare or Medicaid. Some Medicare Advantage plans may include acupuncture benefits depending on coverage.

MVA & Workers' Comp

We accept MVA and Workers’ Compensation claims with appropriate claim information and authorization.
