Wú Wéi Wellness is a women-owned holistic health practice dedicated to personalized acupuncture, herbal medicine, and advanced, restorative integrative therapies, thoughtfully designed to support balance, resilience, and whole-body well-being.
Our doors opened in February of 2022, and it has been so successful that the business is ready to grow and expand. We are looking for an acupuncturist to join our acupuncture and wellness clinic. We currently offer acupuncture, herbal medicine, a variety of cosmetic services, shiatsu, cupping, gua sha, infrared sauna, light therapy, and PEMF therapy. We are willing to expand our offerings in a way that might meet your interests and expand your opportunities.
About the Role
* Conduct comprehensive, insurance-compliant patient intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
* Provide acupuncture treatments and related modalities (e.g., cupping, moxibustion, gua sha,
electroacupuncture, herbal recommendations)
* Educate patients on treatment plans, lifestyle recommendations, and wellness strategies
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Ensure compliance with state regulations, safety, and hygiene standards
* Collaborate with other healthcare or wellness professionals as needed
* Build strong therapeutic relationships and support patient retention
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation, disinfection, and clinic awareness, including inventory
Requirements
Active and current Acupuncture License in Oregon
Graduation from an accredited acupuncture or TCM program
NCCAOM certification required
CPR Certification and BLS Certification required for patient safety compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, ethical, and patient-focused approach
Ability to manage time effectively and maintain organized records
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Ability to work full-time hours, including some evenings and/or weekends if needed
Experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
Compensation
We are seeking a licensed, motivated, and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our growing practice full-time. This position is compensated on a percentage-of-collections basis, offering strong earning potential for practitioners who are confident, reliable, and committed to patient care.
