Compensation

• 50% Commission

• Prices are currently $125 for a 60-minute massage, with no tips, as we are a medical facility

Job Requirements

• Provide exceptional massage therapy care based on clients’ individual needs while ensuring HIPAA compliance

• Examination of clients to identify imbalances and develop appropriate treatment plans

• Proficient in maintaining detailed and accurate treatment records/SOAP note tracking

• Collaboration with other practitioners to provide integrative and holistic care

• Desire and willingness to be trained in additional services – such as cupping and gua sha

• Actively seeking self-improvement – cranial sacral, visceral, neuromuscular (NMT), reiki, etc.

• Be timely, reliable, friendly, and professional

• Excellent communication skills with clients and management

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation, disinfection, and awareness, including inventory

• Serve as Wú Wéi Wellness ambassador by building, supporting, and nurturing our mutual patients and clientele

• Build positive, long-term client relationships

• Able to work solo in the space at times

• Assist with laundry as needed – light laundry duties may be required

• Ability to commute to downtown Beaverton

• Ability to attend office meetings & trainings ($25/hr)

• Able to perform at least four hours of hands-on massage daily, with 15 minutes between patients for charting and turn-over

• Flexible full-time or part-time schedule – hours as mutually agreed upon

• Paid for no-shows when payment is collected

• Weekend shifts available

• Willingness to promote and build a practice – assistance for marketing/advertising will be provided

Licensing & Certification

• Completion of accredited massage program & licensing by the Oregon Board of Massage Therapists (Required)

• Criminal Background Check and Drug/Alcohol Testing (Required)

• CPR Certification (Required)
